How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the number of active employees processed through payroll each month. Employees who are terminated, archived, or on unpaid leave are not counted toward your active employee total.

Does HARI Wealth handle Thai PIT correctly?

Yes. Our payroll engine is built specifically for Thai tax law, including progressive personal income tax (PIT) brackets, SSO contributions (both employer and employee), provident fund deductions, and withholding tax (ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย). We update the engine whenever the Revenue Department makes changes.

Can I generate ภ.ง.ด.1ก reports automatically?

The Pro and Enterprise plans include automatic ภ.ง.ด.1ก report generation in the required format. The report is generated in minutes and is ready to submit to the Revenue Department. Manual verification is still recommended before filing.

Is there a free trial?

All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in your chosen plan tier. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial you can choose to continue with a paid plan or export your data.

Can HARI Wealth handle multiple work sites or branches?

The Pro plan supports multiple locations within a single legal entity with location-specific shift schedules and attendance rules. The Enterprise plan adds multi-entity payroll support with separate legal entities, tax registrations, and SSO accounts.

What happens to employee data if I cancel?

You retain full ownership of all employee data, payroll records, and payslips. Upon cancellation you can export everything in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON) within 30 days. Payroll history is legally required to be retained for 5 years under Thai labor law — we provide certified export for this purpose.
